Sterling College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Nerul was established in the year 2001, is one of the leading Educational Institutions in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This affiliated college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. On a compact 0.5-acre campus, the student intake totals 1,045, with a faculty strength of 21. The college also maintains a health centre with first-aid facilities and has emphasis on the welfare of students. 

Sterling College of Arts, Commerce and Science offers a total of four courses, all full-time programmes. The undergraduate courses include B.Com in Accounting and Finance and BMS, that is the Bachelor of Management Studies, each three years in duration. At the postgraduate level, the institution offers an M.Com. in Advanced Accounting for two years. The sanctioned intake for all streams put together is 540, wherein B.Com. has the highest sanctioned intake of 240 students. Presently, as per data available on the institute's website, a total of 1,045 students are enrolled in various programmes. 

The admission procedure in Sterling College is under the guidelines prescribed by the University of Mumbai. Admissions at the undergraduate level into B.Com, B.Com in Accounting and Finance, and BMS are made centrally by the university. In the case of the M.Com in Advanced Accounting Programme, direct admission is given under the schedule declared by the University of Mumbai.
