Suniti Educational Trust, Kalyani was established in the year 2012, and it is an affiliated college at Kalyani, West Bengal. It is a coed institute affiliated to National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi-more correctly, this institution is approved by NCTE, which represents the commitment of the institution toward quality teacher education. This institute on a small 1-acre campus offers two special courses in education and has a total student enrollment of 192 students. The student-faculty ratio for this college would be approximately 11:1, with 17 dedicated faculty members and aspirant teachers. 

The institute has provided a variety of facilities to enrich the learning processes for its students. The library, as a knowledge hub, is well-equipped with more than 9,278 textbooks and reference books, along with 42 educational journals to cater to the needs of students. Automation process along with high-speed internet connectivity in the library makes access to the resources very easy. Another sixteen specialized laboratories in physical sciences, life sciences, mathematics, and subject-based ones at the college level supplement the practical training. The campus has a multipurpose hall that is well-equipped with modern audio-visual facilities to conduct various academic and cultural programs. As many as 250 students can be accommodated in this hall. Food items in the canteen are available on hygienic, healthy, and very reasonable rates. Accommodation can be provided to 100 students. The institute has a well-fitted ultra-modern equipment gymnasium for physical development and a large playground for sports such as football, cricket, and volleyball.

Suniti Educational Trust, Kalyani, offers two full-time courses in teacher education. In fact, these two courses are specifically designed for different educational levels involved with the teaching profession. Admission to Suniti Educational Trust is based on merit, marks obtained in the qualifying examination, and/or entrance examinations.
