• To hire the best candidates, the SVMNC Baland campus is visited by several organisations to conduct interviews.

• Written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group conversations are all possible methods involving the selection process.

• Candidates who successfully make it through the selection process are given a placement opportunity by the organisation.
