24 MonthsBachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Patliputra University, Patna.
Graduate with 50% Marks with physical education as a subject. (B.P.Ed.) OR Graduate having participated in National / State / Inter-University Sports / Games / Athletics / SGFI OR Any Graduate who participated in school, Inter-Collegiate in Sports / Games or Passed NCC "C certificate. OR For deputed / In-service candidate (trained Physical Education Teacher / Coaches) Graduate with 50% Marks The reservation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be as per the rule of Central/State government, whichever is applicable there shall be relaxation of 5% Marks in favor of SC/ST/OBC and Other Categories of Candidate. The admission of the Candidate will be liable to be canceled if the candidate fails to comply with the college rules and regulations or gives any false information. A student must attend 75% of lecturers. Those who do not attend the required lectures shall be debarred from appearing in the final examination.
A student seeking admission to the B.P.Ed course will have to apply on the college admission form prescribed for the purpose, which is available at T.I.H.S. Reception. Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test/written test, sports proficiency test, physical fitness test and marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
