The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani also known as TIT&S, Bhiwani was established in 1943. The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. The institute was legally listed among the institutions covered by the UGC Act of 1956's section 2(f)/12(b).

The campus is very beautiful and spacious . the college fest ICARIA is one of the best fest of agartala itself . the faculties are good here expect few ones but overall is good . and also provides so many facilities .
