TKM College of Arts and Science has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has two girls hostels of its own. Besides these, the trust runs seven hostels for the students of its institutions.

The Thangal Kunju Musaliar College of Arts and Science library has recently undergone extensive renovation. The book collection is enhanced periodically and the cataloguing and documentation are updated. Now the library houses 24,000 volumes covering various subject categories. Periodicals subscribed to a total of 12. The full-fledged reference section and the reading room occupy spacious halls. The pride of the place goes to the state-of-the-art internet browsing centre attached to the library. The fully air-conditioned centre has a network of computers and ancillaries and provides cutting-edge facilities to both the staff and students. The digital library envisaged is to be tied up to Kerala University's digital library as well as the National information backbone once they attain full functionality. This would ensure seamless access to up-to-the-minute information, which is crucial in this age and times.

The college has playgrounds for a cricket pitch, tennis court, shuttle court, basketball court, and volleyball court and is used for regular practice and also for Inter-University matches. TKM College of Arts and Science sports facilities are available for students and staff.
