TMM College of Nursing at Pathanamthitta has been started in the year 2004 is emerging as one of the best nursing college in the state of Kerala, India. The major subsection of academic resources comprises the nursing library, a three thousand sq. ft space having more than four thousand eight hundred books and national and international reflections. To this end, TMM College of Nursing has a rich learning portfolio in offers various nursing programmes to achieve the different dreams of its students in the healthcare industry. The institute offers 6 full time courses at Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma level. The flagship programme of the college is B. Sc Nursing course offered for 65 students every year with all the basic facilities in the college. At postgraduate level there are four specilised M.Sc programme with an intake capacity of 4-5 each for Medical surgical nursing, Community health nursing, Paediatric nursing and Obstetric and Gynaecological nursing. Also, the college separately manages a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma course with a total intake of 20. In all, the college has an approved total intake of one hundred and three students to all the programmes offered, which is in response to the need to produce qualified health workers particularly nurses.

In general, admission to these postgraduate courses would require the holding of a B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized university. The candidates may be required to appear in an entrance examination and/or interview at the time of selection.
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): Apart from that, there is a Diploma course of General Nursing and Midwifery which has a capacity of 20 students. Admission to the course is normally on merit basis for performance in the 10+2 examination and may be followed by an independent entry test for diploma courses.
