TNB College, Bhagalpur, stands out as one of the oldest and most prestigious institutions in Bihar. However, when it comes to infrastructure, there is room for improvement. The campus, while spacious and green, retains an old-world charm due to its historic buildings. However, many of the structures need significant maintenance. Some of the classrooms, though functional, lack modern amenities such as smart boards, adequate lighting, and proper ventilation. The library is extensive in terms of the collection, but its facilities, such as seating and digital access, could be enhanced for a better learning experience. The science and computer labs are equipped with basic essentials, but they lag behind contemporary standards of technology. Upgrading these facilities could boost practical learning. Sports facilities are available, but the grounds and equipment need regular upkeep to meet competitive standards. One of the highlights is the large auditorium, which hosts various cultural and academic events. However, the seating and audio-visual arrangements need modernization. Hostel facilities are available but are quite basic. Overall, TNB College has the potential for greatness, but its infrastructure needs significant upgrades to align with the needs of 21st-century education.
TNB College Bhagalpur, a constituent unit of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, is known for its academic history and commitment to higher education in Bihar. Established in 1883, the college offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across the arts, science, and commerce streams. The college boasts experienced faculty who are dedicated to delivering quality education, fostering a strong academic culture. One of the key strengths of TNB College is its emphasis on traditional as well as contemporary subjects, allowing students to explore both classical disciplines like history and philosophy alongside newer fields like environmental science and biotechnology. The college library, equipped with a significant collection of books and journals, supports the academic pursuits of the students. However, the institution faces challenges in terms of infrastructure, with some classrooms and labs requiring modernization. The curriculum, though well-rounded, could benefit from more frequent updates to align with current industry standards and global trends. Despite these drawbacks, TNB College provides a solid academic foundation, especially for students in the region, helping them prepare for further studies or careers. Overall, it's a respectable institution for students seeking quality education in a traditional college setting.
T.N.B. College Bhagalpur, a constituent unit of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, is a reputed institution in Bihar, offering various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. When it comes to placements, however, the college has scope for improvement. The placement cell is functional but lacks the strong industry connections that are often seen in top-tier institutions. While efforts have been made to invite companies for campus recruitment, the number of reputed companies visiting the campus remains limited. Most placements happen in the fields of teaching, banking, and government services, reflecting the local job market demand. Some students do secure jobs in private companies, but the packages offered are generally modest, ranging between 2-4 LPA for entry-level roles. The college encourages students to pursue higher education or prepare for competitive exams, such as UPSC, BPSC, and other government positions, which many students opt for. On a positive note, the faculty members are supportive and help students prepare for interviews and competitive exams. However, to significantly improve placements, T.N.B. College needs to establish stronger ties with industries and provide more career development resources. In conclusion, while the college excels academically, its placement opportunities could benefit from a more robust infrastructure.

No, but there is very few chances to ger placements through college, but I think the knowledge they provide you definetly gets the placement in some another place but for that you have to be focus on your study.
Yes. I think this kind of education in this price segment is priceless.
My Campus Life is totally amazing. I got lost of love and support. I love the vibe of my campus life.

Hi,
The College has uniform dress code, which encourages a sense of equality among students from different social and economic backgrounds. It has also adopted the 'Kulgeet' and 'Kuldhwaja' - the song and banner of the University family.
The College may try to set up a separate hostel for girls.
With about six hundred students in the hostels and one hundred quarters for teachers and staff, the College may try to set up a permanent medical facility for the benefit of both students and staff. The College Canteen needs major renovation to cater to the need of a large number of students and staff of the College. It should also have facility for hygienic preparation and storage of food.
The College may try to ensure wider participation of students in physical activities by introducing calisthenics and aerobics. Regular sessions may be held for training in yoga and all students may be encouraged to join the programme. The College is under severe funds crunch in respect of maintaining and developing its infrastructure. It may therefore, try to raise funds from all available sources, including local industries and business houses.
