The college has a well-equipped library with a huge collection of books, journals, magazines, related to all subjects. The library has a seating capacity of 50 students at a time.

The college has excellent sports and sports infrastructure. The college encourages all students to participate in sports activities and physical training.

The Computer Laboratory is in the Universal PG College's Computer Science department. It consists of 38 computers for students, 5 computers for teaching staff and 2 computers for office staff. The Laboratory undertakes research in a broad range of subjects within the disciplines of Computer Science, Technology, and Mathematics. Current research areas electronics, mechanical, distributed systems, graphics and human-computer interaction, logic and semantics, machine learning, natural language processing, networking and wireless communication, operating systems and virtualization, programming, security, and sustainable computing. Universal PG College is equipped with the latest variety of computing pieces of equipment having Core Technology Computers, a version of Linux, WINDOWS XP, and WINDOW 7 server operating systems with 17″ LCD color monitors for better visibility. We have a 2 Mbps BSNL Broadband Internet connection facility in Universal PG college for our students and faculty members.
