University College of Engineering and Technology, affiliated to Vinoba Bhave University, is one of the largest Institutes at Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. UCET has been starting in the year 2009 and has gained reputation as one of the centres for engineering education in the region. Anand has four niche B.Tech programmes in stream through 10-acre campus and it may take a total of 798 students. UCET is known for its emphasis on technical education and this it proved as it was approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The approved intake for all these courses is 210 across the four specialisations.
Original admission procedure of UCET Hazaribag occurs mainly through the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) which held by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) affiliated to the Jharkhand Government. This particular test provides that applicants be given a level playing field and that deserving students be offered a chance to join engineering colleges. B.Tech: UCET Hazaribag conducts four regular B.Tech courses: Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Their admissions for all these courses are based almost entirely on the candidate's score in JCECE or JEE Main entrance examinations. Sanctioned total intake for UCET's B.Tech programs is 210 students in four disciplines.

College infrastructure is average, but the university area is quite big, and there is only a girls hostel; for boys, you have to visit PG near the university or college, but there are some hostel facilities outside the campus, university, or college, and also many mess options are there.
Yes college infrastructure are good but not actually what students accepting from there colleges . Here is not a wifi, sports, hostle facilities. Yes where we study there is cleanes There is not mess in college.
My college infrastructure is good. And here the classrooms are good but equipment is needed in the laboratories.And the main issue is that there are neither hostels nor sports centers here. The special thing is that a little cleanliness system is fine here.
