Getting a seat under 15% AIQ is quite tough with these marks as one has to score 550+ to be able to secure a seat in AIQ. The competition level is very high and getting a seat under 15% AIQ is tough as well.
However you have good enough chances of getting a seat in 85% state quota go for it.

Usually the cut off of ucms is very high because it is one of the top colleges of India so if you belong to a general category and applying under 85 %state quota seats then you have to score above 580 marks and if you are applying under 15 %all India seats then you have to score above 640 marks for securing a seat in ucms.
