In 2019 the AIQ cut off for University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi for SC category was 571 and cut off for home state SC candidate was 508.So if you are home state candidate then you need to score 510 or above and if you are from any other state you need to score 580 or above because cut off is subjected to change every year and it may increase or decrease depending on number of seats available, difficulty of exam, number of candidates appeared etc.

Admission to government medical colleges based on NEET is done under two categories-All India quota and state quota.
State Quota is only for those students who have domicile of that state.
Previous year cutoffs for University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi for SC category was:
  • Under All India Quota(15%): 3231 rank
  • State Quota(85%): 44635 rank, 508 marks

Yes you can apply for these with obc certificate of central govt. Your central govt provided obc certificate is valid and you can apply with this for any central , state and any examinations. So you can use any, but central govt certificate is only regarded for most exams and entrance of universities and colleges in other states, central universities and govt jobs as well.

According to previous years' trend to get Vardhman Mahavir medical college you  must score around 650 marks . With Delhi quota you would need around 550 marks.

For UCMS Delhi you would need around 580 marks. With Delhi quota you may get in around 520 marks.

Hello student as all these three mentioned college in your query are top medical college so you need to score very good marks as this year admission in AIIMS and JIPMER is also going through neet so its bit difficult to predict exactly figure. Bit  still of I go through previous record then you need to score two digit rank to get into these college easily.

Hello student as this is the first year and so it's not fair to predict things the cut offs may rise and fall. So we should wait and just try to score as much as you can as both of  the college you mentioned are prestigious college. As we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank

NEET 2020 cutoff has not been declared yet but as the  admission process of both the college's are through NEET, 85% seats are reserved for domicile qualified applicants and the cut off is 45th percentile for SC category. Cutoff varies each year.. both the colleges offer 150 seats.  l am listing previous years cutoff which will help you.

The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam,  Performance of the candidates etc.

But  with a score of more than 570 to 580, You might have the chance to get All India Quota seats in University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi for All India Quota seats as SC category.

As you have mentioned that you belong to OBC category, based on the category you belong to, you should have a minimum of 500+ to make it into one of the above mentioned colleges. Therefore the safe score is 500+. If the candidates are managing to get this score then they will have a chances for admission in many of the decent colleges.
