As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have chance for both the colleges under the Du 85 Percent seats benefit.

Last year for the obc category the closing cutoff marks for the Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi was 520 closing and for the University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, Delhi was 533 marks closing.

217 is too low a marks to get any government MBBS college. Be it in General category, sc,st, or obc..it's difficult to get a government college with this marks.Getting a BDS government college is also tough with this marks. Also there is a chance of increase in the cutoff this year. You may try for the private colleges if you want.

Anything could not be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a good chance to get into a good college provided on your reservation category. ADMISSION

College offers admission to MBBS course on the basis of performance in the relevant entrance examination, conducted annually by the university. Candidates must provide original documents for verification including their entrance examination admit card, as well as the stipulated fee amount to complete the admission process.

Cut-off for ucms for the year 2019 is not released yet.

According to last year cut-off, a candidate can get university college of medical sciences (ucms) New Delhi with the ranks listed below for each category

UR      1262 - 2892

OBC   3308 - 9871

SC      13711 - 49587

ST       100993 - 149959

the chances arw quite low as per the last year cut off where as under the state quota you might get as in the ALQ it would tougher so i would suggest you nder your state quota you have huge chances of getting the GOVT college if you miss this
