Hiii,

Dear student

As the competition in NEET is getting tougher by each passing year. It is very difficult to predict the probability of marks needed to lock a seat in any of the government colleges.

Secondly, the selection also depends upon the category(gen/obc/sc/st) which you fall in but still that does not makes a huge difference as the cut off of each category have risen up during the recent years.

If we look upon the record of recent years it becomes  essential to secure a safe score which should be above 630.

Some of the privileges is also given to Delhi students in UCMS. if you hail from Delhi you can surely bag the chance of occupying a seat.

Hi

You have tagged University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi so I will be answering your question with respect to that

In neet 2019, 508 marks was the lowest marks that was required for sc category for getting a  seat  in University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi  under Delhi State quota.

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-du/amp

But cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 530 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination to get into University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi

Thankyou

If you are in sc/st Category, you have to score 134 marks in the neet exam so that you can be eligible for further process. Just concentrate on the syllabus and prepare for the best so that you can score more than the cutoff, always remember that when you prepare for the 100% then you will able to give your 80% so don't think to score only 134 marks and give your best and score more.

Hi aspirant,

Some colleges and institutes offer free education for poor students and highly meritorious students in any field. So kindly mention your field of interest and which college you are interested to apply. Sports persons also get free education in some colleges. So search based on that.

Hope it helps.
