The College has well-furnished hostel accommodation for the students. Hostels are earmarked for particular courses/streams or college campuses. The University is at present running 18 Hostels, out of which 13 are on the Main Campus and the rest are situated in the Constituent Colleges.

The College has dispensaries of Allopathic, Ayurvedic, and Homeopathy. Essential medicines are provided free of cost. Medical health check-up camps, both routine and specialized (ECG, B.P., Blood Sugar, Bone Mass Density, Pulmonary Function Tests, Prostate Screening, and other Urological Tests) are organized from time to time. The Health Center is providing curative, comprehensive, preventive counseling, and rehabilitative, (Including remedial Yoga counseling) services to the students, teachers, employees & their dependents).

The campus's central library building is located near the main gate of the University. It has a seating capacity of about 700 students. It has a collection of more than 5 lac books, bound periodicals, etc. The Library subscribes to a plethora of current journals in the physical form relating to various subjects. In addition, about 10500+e-journals are available for online access under the thee-Shodh Sindhu Consortium. The RFID system has been installed for in-house operations of the Central Library. A new building of the University Central Library has been constructed with the financial assistance of nearly 12 crore rupees from UGC under the UPE grant. This building will be soon made operational.

The campus has a fully developed indoor stadium along with a yoga center is the unique attraction of the Sports Complex. also the ns University has a Counseling Centre, to guide the students and resolve their personal and emotional problems. The University has a modern Sports Complex. It has a swimming pool, which has been a venue for many national swimming sets. The university accords a high priority to games and sports. Facilities for all major indoor and outdoor games are available at the constituent colleges. Besides this, the Department of Physical Education has started a postgraduate diploma and a master's program in Physical Education.

The college has Savitri Bhartiya Hall a grand auditorium that has hosted a large number of memorable functions over the years and is yet to witness many more to come.
