The college provides first aid facility and medical assistance to the staff members and the students during the time of medical emergency. 

The college has a Gym which is well equipped with various modern exercise equipment and machines. 

Vaagdevi Engineering College has a library which has a rich collection of books, magazines, Journals and Annual reports. The college library has also subscribed for various Technical journals, general magazines and library subscribed full-text online database such as IEEE, J-GATE other journals, N-LIST E-resources (Through INFLIBNET), NPTEL facility (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) to access video lectures. The college also has a Digital library with multiple systems to access the E- Journals, E- books and CD/ DVDs. The college library is fully computerised and provides web- based access to the online catalogue of the library. The college library has a Reference Section and Stock Section. The library provides lending of books and journals back volumes, photocopying and Internet services to the students. 

Vaagdevi Engineering College, Warangal has a computer centre which provides a computational environment for the academic and research purposes with the Wi- Fi and campus- wide LAN features. The college uses computer systems with high end configuration and the latest software versions. For data connectivity, the college uses LAN for connecting the entire campus, and Wi-Fi only at the computer centre. 

Vaagdevi Engineering College has an Auditorium which has a seating capacity of approximately 600 people. The college also has five centralised air conditioned seminar halls with the accommodation capacity of approximately 350 and 150 students respectively. The seminar halls are well equipped with the latest audio visual aids, LCD projectors, overhead projectors and whiteboard.

The college has a number of departmental laboratories which are well equipped with various sophisticated tools and equipment. 

The college has a well maintained and spacious canteen facility which serves a variety of south Indian food and snacks to the students and staff members at highly subsidised rates. Refreshments are also available in the college canteen at affordable prices.

The college provides hostel facilities to the boys students. The hostel rooms are well ventilated and are well furnished with bed, study table, chair and almirahs. Various facilities such as the laundry facility, hot water facility and recreational facilities are available in the boys hostel at Vaagdevi Engineering College. A mess, modern kitchen and spacious dining halls are attached to the hostel. A reading room and TV room are also available in the boys hostel.
