VJTI Mumbai Admission Process

Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai admissions are offered at four levels: diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral. VJTI Mumbai admissions to most courses are handled through an online centralised system in accordance with Maharashtra government guidelines.

Candidates must register for VJTI Mumbai admission through the MHT-CET portal, complete the application form with all required documents, and pay the required VJTI Mumbai admission fee. Those interested in pursuing a Ph.D must take the GATE/NET examination for VJTI Mumbai.

For VJTI Mumbai admission to B.Tech programmes, Candidates must take JEE Main or MHT CET. Candidates for VJTI Mumbai admission to M.Tech must take the GATE. MAH MCA CET is used for VJTI Mumbai admission to MCA.

Following that, an online test will be administered for VJTI Mumbai admission.
Following the release of the scorecard, a Common Admission Process (CAP) under state-level counselling will be conducted, following which VJTI Mumbai admission will be granted.

Applicants for M.Tech. admission must take GATE and meet the eligibility requirements. Admissions are available to both sponsored and unsponsored candidates, but they must be Indian nationals. A bachelor's degree with the required marks is required. The VJTI Mumbai admissions are offered to students in 17 M.Tech programmes.

To participate in CAP, candidates must first register on the official website of DTE, Maharashtra.
Next, seats are assigned to students based on their GATE scores.

Candidates must complete the MAH MCA CET online application form.
Candidates having valid score in entrance examination must attend counselling session.

VJTI already has a great reputation . the course covers all the topics you need to be learning to join an industry. however some parts of curriculum are outdated . all the profs are well experienced and know their job. hardly looks like a prof is behind completion of syllabus rest of them are fine and make sure everyone knows the concepts

What marks in mht cet will need to get admission in vjti Mumbai in computer engineering

Hello,

You will require almost all the marks, if your choice is VJTI, Mumbai for Computer Engg. through MHT CET, since this Institute has a good reputation and admissions to this branch are relatively more in demand. An example for recent years:

General Category: You would generally score a percentile of 99.5 or more or a score of around 180-190+ of 200.

SC/ST/OBC etc. Reserved Categories: The cut off is expected to be little lower but still on high percentile round 97-98 percentile or more that means scoring 160-170+ marks.

These numbers are indicative, and they can change from year to year depending on the difficulty of the test, the total number of candidates, and competition. Targeting a high score gives more chances for admissions.

1) I have j&K migration quota in maharashtra colleges so i wanted to know at what percentile with through my reservation i could get top colleges like coep vjti etc...? 2) while filling the application form and at time of cap counselling i have to fill J&K migration category is that right ?
