I am not sure if I want to be admitted to MIT-WPU Pune for MBA. One of my friends suggested me to take admission in a good government college. While searching I found IIM Lucknow. what to do? MIT-WPU or IIM Lucknow?

MIT-WPU and IIM Lucknow are quite different institutions offering the MBA programme. While MIT-WPU is a private university offers an MBA through its WPU School of Business, IIM Lucknow is a public institution established by the Government of India, and is recognised as the 'Institute of National Importance' . Getting admission to the MBA programme of IIM Lucknow is comparatively more difficult than getting admission in MIT-WPU .

However, given below are some of the points of differentiation between MIT-WPU and IIM Lucknow based on which you can make a decision:

Exam Accepted : IIM Lucknow accepts the scores of CAT for its flagship MBA programme while MIT-WPU accepts the scores of various entrance examinations such as CAT, XAT , NMAT, GMAT, PERA, CMAT , MAH-CET, and MAT.
Selection Process : IIM Lucknow selection process includes appearance in the CAT followed by the Written Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI) while the selection process of MIT-WPU include appearance in any of the entrance examination followed by Group Discussion (GD)/ Extempore, and Personal Interaction (PI).

which is best for B.Tech CS - LPU or MIT WPU Pune

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great. I would advise you to enroll in LPU if you want to pursue a B. Tech in computer science because you will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge there. If you want to major in mechanical or civil engineering, LPU will undoubtedly give you more practical experience.

Any other university cannot compare to LPU in performance. With this percentile, you have a very high chance of getting into MIT WPU. You can visit the official website of MIT WPU Pune and create an account. After you are done creating your account, you need to fill in all your academic details like your 10th percentage, and 12th percentage, and also upload a picture/pdf of the original documents. Also, you will need to upload your JEE scores over there. So before filling out the form you should collect all the required documents. Also, a scanned signature and photograph are needed. After you're done filling up the form you have to pay 1500. Your application is now complete. Now all you have to do is, wait for a call from the college.
