Master of Science (M.Sc) in Paediatric Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the postgraduate level in the nursing course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC).

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum educational requirement shall be the passing of B.Sc (Nursing) / B.Sc Hons. Nursing / Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
The candidate should be a registered nurse and registered midwife or equivalent in any state nursing council. (Tamilnadu nurses and midwives council registration is a must).
The candidates should have undergone B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing in an institution that is recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
Minimum one year of work experience after Registration of Basic. B.Sc Nursing.
Minimum of one year of work experience prior to or after Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.
Candidates should be medically fit.
In the case of male candidates, they should have passed any other course recommended by the Indian Nursing Council in lieu of midwifery.
