Vindhya College of Education Shahdol is one of the affiliated colleges established in the year 2016 located Kalyanpur village, Sohagpur, Shahdol District Madhya Pradesh. This mixed school occupies a tight 5000 sq ft area of land and aims to prepare future educators. The college has been approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) currently offering two full time education programs with total admission capacity of 197 students. Currently Vindhya College of Education has a faculty of 7 members that ensures there is minimized Students Teacher ratio that playing a major role in providing an effective learning environment for those who want to become successful teachers.

Vindhya College of Education offers two primary courses in the field of education: Bachelors of Education(B.ED) and Certificate/Diploma in Education (CDED/DED). Both are two year full time programs with equal duration of two years. The college has an approved capacity of intakes as hundred for each of the program, thus a total of 200 for the two programs. These are kind of courses aimed at preparing the students to become best educators by combining theoretical understanding and practical teaching ability.

There are no cut offs fixed for the candidates seeking admission into Vindhya College of Education especially for the B.ED programme since the College follows merit system.
