405 rank is very good. Firstly, if you are interested in doing M.Tech in the same branch as your B.Tech, then you should consider it only. Otherwise, CSE, ECE, EEE, AE, Biotech are quite famous among M.Tech students.

The previous years cut off rank for Computer Science VIT, Bhimavaram was 70000+. Considering this, you will definitely get an admission for the same this year as well as the fluctautions will not be more than +10%  or - 10%.
