All 3 are great colleges to study BBA in (By IP University Standards). They don’t have much separating them. If given the choice, I would opt for them in the following order for BBA :

1. Maharaja Surajmal
2. Maharaja Agrasen
3. VIPS

Agrasen and Surajmal have kind of the same ranking. If you have to choose between them I would personally suggest you to go for a college which is near to your place, as both of them have the same fees.

I would like to tell you that as the cut off for the year 2019, the cut off for Delhi General for Vivekanand Institute of Professional studies (VIPS) went upto 4978 in the second (2nd) round, you do have a chance to get admission there. MAIT had different cut off previous year so the chances at 2935 there are slim. I believe you should wait for the second round of cut offs to get admission in VIPS.

Safe score for getting VIPS is rank under 3500. I can't say you wont get admission. There can be a little probability in the second and third round of the counselling.

see cutoff score varies year to year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, students category, choice of stream, seat matrix etc. you did not mention the category, closing rank is varied category wise, however previous year general category delhi region domicile bba cutoff was as follows,

The second round of cut off for VIPS for 2019 for outside Delhi candidates (General) went up to 263. As the cut offs change every year you can wait for the cut offs for this year to come out and there are chances you might be able to get admission in VIPS, Delhi.
