Based on this if you belong to a general category then it is quite difficult to get a seat but remember cutoff changes every year so don't lose hope.

As per the previous year's trend, you won't be getting BJMS at VIPS.

In scoring 3239 rank in IPU CET BBA 2019 you have a strong chances of getting into Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi. As last years cut off for the college was 3659 for domicile of Delhi and 4470 for outside Delhi. so you have chances of getting selected for the further selection process by the college.

Can you please tell me the course you are applying for? It’ll be easier to answer your query if I know the course, and the exam you’re talking about. VIPS and Maharaja Agrasen college offer a lot of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Also do mention if the course you’re looking for it undergraduate or Postgraduate 

Sir getting the VIPS is really difficult if you belongs to general quota. You will be getting MAIMS , RDIAS ,JIMS ROHINI at this rank certainly. Wish you good luck and do try your luck in spot round maybe you will get VIPS.
