The students get their college as per their ranks and you can only get colleges who admit students with the rank near yours.

Spot Counselling rounds can help you get a good college if in case you have missed the three choice filling rounds that have already happened .

As you have been alloted a seat in 3rd round then you are not eligible to participate for new counselling round ,though you can try but there are less chances that you get vips in spot counselling.

 as per the last year counselling process rounds you have scored well but the spot round counselling for vip's is not possible so you will keep trying for that. Good luck 

Dear Tarang,
If we go by the trend of previous year, last candidate from GNGNO category who got admission at VIPS' BA LLB had rank of 383 and the candidate who got a seat in BBA LLB had rank of 432. Second round of list for 2018-19 session is out and Last candidate who had been offered a seat under this category has rank of 394, taking this as a cue I don't see any chance that you'll be able to get a seat at VIPS. I would suggest you to go for sliding round. You have a good chance of getting USLLS at this rank. If you are not alloted the seat during sliding round, you can retain your seat, that you were earlier alloted.
