The infrastructure is extremely well. The classes are well equipped with projectors and other amenities. There are various labs for each course. For eg: Radio studio for Broadcast media, Video studio for electronic media studies and a design and graphics lab. There is a photography lab as well and the campus provides cameras to students to assess the practical applicability of the subject. The living spaces are clean and the college has recently introduced a concept of digital canteen.
I am a student of journalism and mass communication. The faculty is highly qualified with years of work experience in the media industry. The curriculum is updated regularly and approaches the practical application of the subject. It makes the students job ready.
Many reputed organisations of the media industry visit the college for placements offering huge packages to students based on their capabilities. The highest salary package is Rs.50,000 a month but it varies depending upon the line of course you pursue.
The college has increased its fee last year onward. They now charge Rs. 96000 for a year that comprises two semesters while the course if for 3yrs. The fee is very expensive and should be made affordable. There is no point in charging enormous amount for a basic amenity like education.
The campus life is fun. The societies are highly active in events and the fests are mind blowing.
With an IPU CET rank of 1994 for B.Com (Hons.) under the General category from Delhi, your chances of securing admission to VIPS in the third round are moderate. In recent years, VIPS has had a competitive cutoff, often closing around similar ranks for popular programs like B.Com (Hons.). However, your chances improve in sliding and spot rounds, depending on seat availability and demand. It's recommended to monitor the counseling updates and consider backup options.

With an IPU CET rank of 1994 for B.Com (Hons.), your chances of getting into VIPS (Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies) are moderate but depend on seat availability in the third round. VIPS is highly sought after, so competition is intense. Keep an eye on sliding and spot rounds, as they can improve your chances. Make sure to prioritize VIPS in your preferences during counseling. Prepare for backup options just in case.
