Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years respectively. For ANM/LHV, there is no age bar. The minimum educational requirements shall be passing of

• Pass in +2 with any subject, the percentage of marks is 40% as prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council.
• Those who have cleared 10 +2 Vocational ANM courses (revised after 2001) from the school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
• ANM training i.e. 10 +1 ½ years training should also have passed +2 its equivalent examination.
• In addition to the above, admission procedure can be laid down by the concerned State Nursing Council / Nursing Examination Boards (S.I.B.E, M.I.B.E, C.M.A.I).
• Admission of married candidates is allowed.
• Candidates should be medically fit.
