Vivekanandha educational institutions additionally own VIVEKANADHA MEDICAL CARE HOSPITAL, which is a multispeciality hospital. This hospital was mainly established for the welfare of the students studing across the entire institution. Numerous specialities such as General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Urology, Dental, Patient counselling, Nutrition and Dietics, Blood bank.

The institution library comprises more than 5000 books and subscribed for 25 Indian journals and 15 foreign journals. The library is updated periodically with the latest textbooks and journals. Digital library facility is also available.

The college provides sports and recreation facilities for the students through the department of Physical education. There are two Physical Directors available to give coaching and training for the students. The sports facilities includes outdoor games like Volleyball, Basket Ball, Hand Ball, Tennikoit, Tennis, Shuttle and indoor games like , Carrom and Chess.

Spacious and Sublime auditorium having seating capacity of 5000 students. In our college we have a large size auditorium with the measurement of 86.7m*34.27m (l*b). This auditorium has a very broad stage, So that we can conduct programme comfortably and it is visible to all audience.

Vivekanandha Educational institutions, operating fleet of buses, numbering more than 200 for easy mobility of the students and staff from different parts of the districts of Namakkal, Erode, Karur and Dharmapuri.
