It is a very good and lush green campus, and there are separate buildings for each department. The college has a big and renowned library. Hostels are quite good, especially the girls' hostel is very good, but the boys' hostel is old. Mess food is good. There is Wi-Fi in college as well as in the hostel. There are also medical facilities like a dispensary. There are two canteens. There is a big playground for all sports, and facilities for indoor games are also available.

Teachers are very helpful and always ready to solve any doubt. Teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable and well experienced. The teaching quality was good. The teaching and learning process are interactive. The course curriculum is relevant, well updated and is under AICTE. It makes students industry ready.

Placement of Walchand college of engineering is good specially for computer department. Average package is around 8 to 10 lacs for a year. The highest package is about 37 lacs. Top recruiting companies are Rakuten, Infosys, TCS, Barclays, etc. Coders and developers are top roles offered here.

The hostel and college have great Wi-Fi facilities. Labs are well maintained. The classrooms have a good adaptive environment and are neat. The library is a great place as it is one of the biggest libraries in Asia. Hostel facilities are good. Mess and canteen are good. Sports and games are played and arranged. Good medical facilities are available.

The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They are perfect planners. The teaching quality is the best with perfect interactive sessions. It does help students a lot and makes them industry-ready as well. Semester exams are moderate. But they are good ones. The pass percentage is 70-75%.

Placements are a very attractive thing for students to take admission in Walchand College Of Engineering Sangli. Every year more than 50 companies visit our campus to recruit students across all branches. Top recruiters are Rakuten of Japan, Amazon, Siemens, Dell, TCS, Media.Net, Cognizant, Druva, Sahaj Software and Veritas LLC. Training and Placement cell is also very Supportive for Getting jobs.

There are well-equipped digital classrooms in each department as well as in academic complex. Wi-Fi facility is available in the whole campus. In hostel also, Wi-Fi facility is available so a student can study at hostel as well. Mess food is awesome because there are two messes, hence, to be in competition, both have good food quality.

Teachers are well qualified holding the PhDs and have good knowledge of their respective domain. The course curriculum is relevant and hence it helps to develop the skills in respective field. It includes various topics related to industry. Exams are conducted in mid semester and in end semester.

Many tech giants like Google, Microsoft and Amazon visit the college campus for recruitment. Overall, CS/IT have together 98% placements. CS and IT students have an average package of 13 LPA. In 2024, one student of CS got the offer from Google of 53 LPA. Some are placed in Rakuten also.

The classrooms have Wi-Fi, projectors, and smart screens. Our college is accredited with the NAAC and NBA. The labs are equipped with all the basic facilities. We have the biggest library with all the books you need. The hostel here has the best surroundings, with lush greenery. The hostels may not be of the utmost quality, but they are good to live in. The environment is cool all around. The mess food is not good, but there are some pretty good mess options just outside the campus.

The teachers here are pretty qualified with Ph.D.s and have 15–25 years of experience. Not helpful at all except for 2–3 teachers. The curriculum here has been updated, but not by the faculty present here. But hey, it won't affect your placements; at last, you study all on your own. An employability program is introduced to make you industry-ready. Exams are at a pretty good level, testing your knowledge, and it also depends on the course teacher. Note: Don't mess with the teachers here; they hold grudges.

Good placements are offered at this college for the information technology branch. Out of 75 students in our batch, almost 60–63 got placed. The packages range from 5 LPA to 12 LPA. Not many internships are offered here only 20–25 students got internships, but the placements are exceptional.

There are many types of facilities available in my college. There are well air conditioned rooms present along with many types of labs being available including computers lab, html lab, etc. There are no combined hostels present in the campus. There is one boys hostel and a girls hostel available.

The teachers in my course are very helpful. They all are well educated and all of them are good in their behaviour towards us. So, you must prefer to get into my college. There are many types of extra curricular activities for the students. The exams are of medium difficulty level and the papers are made by our teachers and others.

As of now, Walchand has a pretty high placements rate, and for my specific trade/course i.e., Electronics, placements percentage is around 80 to 90%. The highest package offered in my course was about 24 Lacs from Amazon, the lowest was around 7 to 8 lacs and the average package currently is 9 to 10 lacs. For a Electronics students are mostly recruited by IT sector. On an Average about 70 percent students get internships.

The facilities of our college are good; they provide Wi-Fi, smart board facilities, and others. The departments are well-designed. The library is also good. we can find all types of books there. The hostel is better; they offer Wi-Fi facilities, provide food and rooms to students, and keep the mess well-cleaned. Our college also organizes sports activities.

The teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and possess good qualities. They help us to acquire good skills and learn new courses, which prepares us for the industry. The semesters are more challenging compared to tests, yet they are easy to pass.

The percentage of students placed in our college is 85 percent, with the highest package being 24 lakhs per annum and the lowest package being 9 lakhs per annum. The top companies that came to our college are Tata, Navi, Microsoft, etc. The percentage of students who got internships is 85 percent, and the top roles offered in my course are 17 per year.

Academics is most important thing in clg coz if ur not good at academics then u will fail in exams so u should learn everything with academics academics is thing which helps for ur career and faculties are very good in college

Campus life is very good new students and old students have same fellings in campus coz there is good infrastructure and gardens in college like sports are there and u can enjoy the sports

College is good u should get admission in college scoring more than 90 percentile in mgt cet or jee

Infrastructure of the college is amazing. There are all the necessary facilities available. There are good libraries an labs which is helpful for students. It is air conditioned campus. College promotes various sports.

In academics college is good. Teachers provide guidance. They provide assignments and task which a students has to do. there are various presentation of various topics. There is a healthy competition among students

There is a good placement record of our college. There are many companies which comes for placement and give good amount to the students. companies like TCS, Wipro etc. College also provide internships to the students.

Faculties are highly qualified, they are from IITs and other top colleges and caries a lot of knowledge and experience. Curriculum is also good and includes all the recent studies that are important. Apart from what you study try to be a part of clubs and committee.

One of the best thing about college is placements. If you are in CS, IT or ENTC then no worries because all the top companies will visit the campus with decent package. Allumni of the college are working in diverse field and at top position.
