World Institute of Technology—one of the lead educational institutions situated in Gurgaon, Haryana—was established in the year 2007. This institute is a co-educational entity that covers an area of 11 acres with an affiliated college approved by AICTE, New Delhi. WIT offers 8 programs in all, across 4 degrees: B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma, and BBA. The institute had a student enrolment of 174 and a faculty strength of 71, with a favourable student-to-faculty ratio. 

The World Institute of Technology has an infrastructure that includes state-of-the-art facilities for the all-round development of students and an enriched learning experience. WIT offers a total of 8 courses: 4 B.Tech Programs, 1 M.Tech program, 2 Diploma courses, and a BBA Program. All these programs are full-time regular courses. The programs of the Institute are especially designed to cater to the diverse academic interests and career aspirations.

The admission process at the World Institute of Technology is based both on merit and purely competitive features. This institute accepts scores from the JEE Main, a state-level test in engineering for B.Tech programs, to ensure that this institute admits only such students who have a sound science and maths background at this level. In post graduation, like M.Tech, the intake is kept strictly up to the mark by considering scores in GATE.
