The forms are yet to be out! However MIT Pune has fees structure 2.85 LPA and if you cannot get by counseling then you need to pay a lot of money to get into it apart from the fees.

First, it depends upon your department which one are you interested to take admission like CSE, ECE, MECH,PETROLEUM as per depending upon your Passsion & Choice of Branch.

• You must have atleast 50% PCM aggregate in Class 12th
• You must appear in either JEE MAINS or MHT-CET 2019

You scored decent marks in MHT-CET exams but they are not enough to get admission in Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune. As cut-offs are high than your marks. You can also enquire about your admission by filling the enquiry form on their official website.
