It is difficult to get admission in the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology(VIT), Pune based on your MHT-CET marks as cut-offs are high.

You can try for admission at Maharashtra Institute of Technology(MIT), Pune. But here also chances are low. But still, you can try as you belong to SC Category.

Try applying for admissions in more engineering colleges in Pune.

Your mat score is not that that great. I would suggest you to give an another attempt for the exam and try to score at least above 600 to get an admission in primier colleges. At 447 in mat score  the chances would be dim to get MIT Pune.

• AIMS Institute Bangalore

I can provide you the cutoff of MIT Pune of previous years for both MHT CET and JEE Mains from which you can get an idea.

I am assuming you are from the GENERAL/OPEN category.

In 2016, after the last round-

Cutoff Rank- 3539 and Cutoff marks- 150 (CS - Home State)

Cutoff Rank- 4196 and Cutoff marks- 146 (IT - Home State)

Cutoff Rank- 2498 and Cutoff marks- 156 (CS - Other State)

Cutoff Rank- 4136 and Cutoff marks- 146 (IT - Other State)

In 2017 and 2018, the cutoff was similar.

if you are a general category student, 70% is not enough. you need a minimum of 75%.

if you are a reserved category, a relaxation of 10% i.e. 65% is fine.

otherwise, your rank in jee should be superb to make it to the iits or nits.

• Information technology 7642
• ECE 12972
• EE 15500
• Chemical Engg 11900
• Mechanical 6847

The above mentioned are for round 1 counselling and General Category.

The MHT CET cut off list for round 1 2018 belonging to G(OPEN) category for Sinhagadh Institute, Lonavla are as follows:

• Computer Engineering- Other state - 50001 home state- 27258
• Information Technology - Other state- 66846 home state- 33890
