24 MonthsThe Dual Master’s Program in Sports Industry Management is a joint program combining the M.B.A from XIM University Bhubaneswar and the MSc in Sports Industry Management of emlyon business school. It aims to give potential top-level managers the necessary skill sets to hold leading positions in sports and entertainment companies. Taking place in India and France, the Dual Master’s Program in Sports Industry Management is a project-based and transdisciplinary program focusing on responsible leadership. Providing a global perspective of the sports and entertainment market dynamics, it is designed to help students gain core competencies to lead the change and overcome the sports business orthodoxy that have shaped the success of the past. This strong hands-on training program pays great attention to the development of personal and professional qualities to enable participants make their difference. In the program, learning experience is active and varied and it takes students adopt specific attitudes and behaviours, such as autonomy, curiosity, critical thinking, involvement, and commitment.
DUAL DEGREE: M.B.A. / M. SC - Dual degree: M.B.A. (XIM University) and MSc in Sports Industry Management (emlyon business school).
Eligibility Criteria
Holders of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field of study from a recognised Institute / University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
- A minimum of 180 ECTS credits or equivalent.
- Candidates who do not have an English medium educational background would be required to submit their English proficiency scores during application (TOEIC or TOEFL or IELTS or Cambridge CPE or PTE)
Admission Details
The final selection will be based on the candidate’s academic track record, relevant work experience (if any), performance in the interview round and other relevant factors, if any. Please note that IELTS score would be mandatory for candidates not from an English academic background. The management will reserve the right to ask for a IELTS score based on the profile, given that this is an international program. Valid GMAT, CAT or XAT score would be preferred, and a good score would also increase chances of selection.
