YK College, Wangjing is one of the prestigious affiliated colleges in Thoubal, Manipur. Degree wise Admission Process

B.A. (Bachelor of Arts): Under the B.A. program, YK College has created 15 specializations and admitted a total of 575 students. This allocation includes general course offerings as well as honors programs. Popular B.A. honors programs include English, Manipuri, Political Science, Economics, Education, History, Geography, and Mathematics. Admission to these offered courses is based on both CUET UG scores and the specific subject combinations chosen by the candidate.

B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science): The college provides three specializations in B.Sc. with an intake of 340 seats. There are also and 5 B.Sc. honors programs with 160 seats. These include Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. A student who has studied the relevant science subjects during 10+2 can apply to any of the B.Sc. programs. For admission purposes, CUET UG score in science subjects will be utilized for the B.Sc. degree programs.

The CUET UG scores in respective subjects will be utilized for both B.A. and B.Sc. degrees. In addition, the merits list of admission might also be resultant of these CUET UG scores, followed by the counseling for seat-allocation.
