You have got a great rank of 174, So, you can be almost certain of getting admission in the University, the cut offs are not expected to change extensively as much as this high. The university has not yet released the cut off for any course but it is expected to release it soon after the announcements of cut off you can expect to receive your call letter for the admission for University very soon. As you must be aware it's not possible to predict the cut offs with surity as they change every year, but going by the past trends we have an idea of what is to expect. So, going by past trends, yes, you do have the chance to get admission in the course you mentioned and moreso with the EWS category but as EWS category has been implemented this year only, there's not much of prediction that can be done regarding this, however you can hope for the best. According to cut off for B.Sc. bio in BHU , your admission chance's are very rare. You can qualify for the counciling but not sure to get seat in first round . you must need to wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling sedule . But admissions  chance's are rare .
