First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. The chemical engineering of IIT MADRAS is really good and you have a good scope for research or doing jo in some multinational companies. The companies which comes for the recruitment are

And lot more than these. The placement are good and sometimes even better than Mechanical and Electronics.

• JEE Mains
• MHT CET 

For JEE Mains, it will depend on your rank and your marks on whether or not you will be able to get ICT Mumbai.

Based on your JEE Main OBC Rank, The chances seems less to get a seat in NIT Trichy for Chemical Engineering. You can also use JEE Main College Predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities.

It's quite difficult to get admission with that large rank. So, in order to get admission, one should have yo score little bit less. Even for the state quota, one should get approx 15 to 30 k for chemical departments, depending on the department one wants

You have a very low rank so it will be difficult for you get into some good goverment college also it depends on your category, class, etc. You can ofcourse try for MITS Gwalior as it is a very good college and has a good placements records. Also there is chance of you getting chemical engineering from MITS as you have hard option for getting any good branch.
