No, you can't go for msc in any computer related subject after doing bsc in biotechnology as both are completely different streams. You can try msc in Medical biotechnology, molecular biology, etc but not computer sciences.

So don't take stress about that. The things you should know is Mathematics. Coding refers to mathematical models and ideas of Discrete Mathematics. So it would be helpful for you to have a good mathematical skills. Although you will get enough scope to learn mathematics but having a good skills of 10+2 level Mathematics can be beneficial for you.

If you are a general category student , than it is going to be difficult for you to get  admission in cse  in thappar university . As per the previous year , cut off for the cse branch in thappar university is around 97  percentile that means in order to get admission you should have to score more than 97 percentile.
