The UPSC Drug Inspector Exam is divided into two papers. The syllabus for paper 1 includes: Forensic Pharmacy, Manufacturing Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy, and Physiology & Health Education.
The paper 2 is general awareness paper that includes History, Geography, Politics, Indian Constitution, Society, etc.
After clearing the written exam, candidates need to clear personal interview round.
