                Enterance test are conducted every year for admissions of students to various colleges  under different programs and courses. These exams are conducted fresh and totally new compared to previous year hence it is not possible and  looks completely odd to think about getting admissions based on previous years rank. 

    Hence, the answer is no. 

Yes with 575 you can get a good college like mck or nrs etc... Wait for the counselling procedure to begin, you may get these colleges either in the 2 nd or 3 rd round of counselling even if you don't get these colleges don't be disheartened.. Grab a seat in any college what so ever you are getting .. you know doing MBBS is a big thing and you have scored really good.. All the best...

The predicted cutoff for the year 2019 is 800 for General, 280 for OBC, 150 for SC. 30 for ST, 6 for PwD and 3 for JK. For OBC category, the aim score should be above 120 to be on the safer side. For a score of 70, the rank might change drastically. Do not lose hope. You can try next year, if you are very passionate.

Ofcourse, you can get it into NISER, Bubaneshwar. The cutoff rank for Geeral category candidates last year and that predicted this year is 800. And with a rank of 274 you have high probability of getting a seat in first counselling.

The total number of seats in NISER, Bubhaneshwar, is only around 172. And there are thousands of candidates competing for this. I am sorry to say that getting a seat in NISER with 74.853 is quite impossible. Do not lose hope. You can ask to try next year again.

The question paper consists of five sections. The five sections in the NEST 2019 paper are- General Aptitude, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. Each section in the question paper is of 50 marks except General Aptitude which consists of 30 marks.

• Candidates have the freedom to choose any one of the four sections- Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry
• Maximum marks a candidate can score are 180 marks.
• Only the three sections with highest scores are considered for merit calculation.
• Section one of General Aptitude is mandatory for all the students.
• NEST 2019 question paper will contain only Multiple-Choice Questions.
• NEST syllabus contains 11th and 12thgrade level Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
• There is no fixed syllabus for the General Aptitude section.

Number of Questions: Total of 230 questions will be asked in the examination

Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded to the candidates.

The question paper will be of a total of 230 marks whereas a candidate can score a maximum of 180 marks (excluding one paper from PCMB).

There will be no negative marking in the general ability section. However, the other three sections will contain negative marking.
