sastra is a deemed university.

it has two process for btech counselling. ist method needs jee main score + 10+2 score.

in second method it is only need 10+2 score.

however your score is really great, you have fair chances to get admission in sastra.

You have a good chance to get a seat in Sastra University especially by stream 2.

The admission is based on two ways:
Stream 1: JEE main marks + board exam marks (70% seats)
Stream 2: only board exam marks (30% seats)
There is no specific cut off to get a seat in SASTRA University. It depends on the student who scores the highest marks. If you have appeared for JEE Mains then apply under stream 1. If your board exam marks is 90-95% and JEE main marks is between 50-120 then you can get admission under stream 1. 
For stream 2, your board exam marks should be at least above 85-90% to get a seat and if it is more than 95% you can get a good course.

The merit is made based on 25% weightage of JEEmarks And 75% of your class 12th marks. So as you have calculated then your marks are good and their are some chances that you get stream 1 in good branches.

as for the previous year data it may be difficult to geta good streams according to this jee main score in sastra. 70% of seats are filled by ist method.however remaining 30% of seats will be filled by 

only your ipe score. as your scores are good. you have fair chances.

See ur marks in the JEE mains exam is too low for to grab any of the good govt college to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses. As you have scored 70.1 percentile in Jee mains examination and You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

If you have qualified jee mains , you are eligible to write JEE advanced.
