You haven't mentioned your Category. But in 2019 based on Mock Counselling cut off list, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
1G: 12004
2 AG: 11160
2AK: 15006
2AR: 18391
2 BR: 22866
GM: 6884
GMK: 14918
SCR: 31327
ST: 14557

Going by that a rank of 11586 secured a seat in 3 BG under CSE in National Institute of Engineering. Now this is 2019 Mock Counselling data and cut offs change every year. According to 2019 Mock round Counselling of KCET, a rank of 25356 secured a seat in CS branch. We do not have the KCET 2019 Cut off list for Engineering. Im from West Bengal. I want to join NIE Mysore/BMS Bangalore/Dayanand Sagar College of engineering/Ramaiah in the cse department, through comedk. But I cannot afford paying 15 lakhs. So are there any scholarships or fee concessions on my annual performance? Please help..
Though COMEDK is an entrance exam for admission to Other State Candidates as well, because the Colleges that you have mentioned are in Karnataka and you are from West Bengal, you might not be eligible for any fee reimbursements. But every college has need based and merit based scholarships that it offers to its students. For that you will have to reach out to the administration of these Colleges once you join the college.
How is NIE overall? Is teaching level excellent? And If I enter into the college with a KCET ranking of 800 what would be the fee? Also the main thing-How are placements in NIE-CS branch?

Can I get a package of above 8 lakhs for ISE in NIE Mysore ?
Hello Sameera , Placements in NIE , Mysore is very good. Many companies visit it's campus. The package you receive is totally depends on your talent and hard work. If you are creamy level student then you will get a package of 7 - 20 LPA. If you are a average student then you will get a package of 3.5 - 5 LPA.
