The age eligibility for IAS is 21-32 and the qualification should atleast degree from any recognized university or college
The IAS exam will like three stages where prelimins, mains , interiview like this of you selected in these three then other formalities like medical check up and etc..
First of all please know the pattern and syllabus for IAS
