You got good marks in both the exam, Congratulations for it.
If you don't want to do Btech then you can also get admission in DU(Delhi University) south campus,you can do Bsc there.
By your Jee mains marks I think you should take admission in GGSIPU which is in Delhi.It has some best Colleges.
My personal advice will be to take the branch in which you are interested.

- You can take admission in NIT of your state and can easily get mechanical or electrical branch of it.
- If you are from Delhi you can also take admission in IPU Colleges.There are many good Colleges such as MSIT(Maharaja Surajmal Institute Of Technology) many companies with package 10 lakhs visit it.
- You also have chance of getting admission in UPTU it jave Colleges in Uttar Pradesh
- If you have any cast certificate you may get DTU or NSIT in Delhi
- You can also apply for Thapar University many good companies visit it.It have very good placement record
