My advanced 2019 rank is 23827 and sc rank is 666 can I get cse in iits

conguralation for scoring a rank in adavance.
you have good score in sc cetegory.. but you want to take cse branch . now a days more number of student taking a cse branch. you have to wait for 3 rd round counsilling. if seat remanis vacent then your chance will come
