Do float option also available in last round of upsee counseling??

Hello,
Float, freeze and slide options are there if in the next round the branch or college is to be changed . But after the last rounds there is no scope of any change of the allowed seat. The last round seat is automatically freezed.
So no float option after the last round of counselling.
