Yes, you can opt for Computer Science and Engineering branch in BE, you should have PCM till your class 12 and you have this. If you say that you have no idea about coding then it is no problem, there are a lot of students in engineering who don't know much about their branch so the syllabus of B. Tech is started with complete basics like C and C++. Yes, it can get you high salary jobs if you are doing it from a good college and you are doing things on your own level like training, internships, etc. You can opt for this branch because it has a good scope in the future but it should really depend on your interest.

Yes, a PCMB student can definitely opt for CSE. It is not necessary to have Computer Science as a subject in class 12th, to go for CSE in graduation.
