Sir, I have done by 12th from Jammu and Kashmir but my domicile is from Uttar Pradesh. Can I apply for a 15% quota for all India seats for Jammu and Kashmir?

Jammu and Kashmir doesn't participate in All India Counselling and so you do not have that option. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS.
