Prachi Kumari 23rd Jan, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can switch to CBSE after finishing Class 11 in the state board, but you would need to repeat Class 11. Here’s how:

  1. Eligibility : Ensure the CBSE school accepts students for Class 11.
  2. Documentation : Provide necessary documents like the Class 10 certificate, transfer certificate, and migration certificate.
  3. Admission Test : Some CBSE schools may require you to pass an entrance test.
  4. Subject Choice : Confirm the availability of the same or preferred subjects.
  5. Deadlines : Apply within the admission timelines set by the CBSE school.

Hope it helps !

I am Rajasthan Domicile student apprearing in NET 2005. I want to take take admission in private MBBS college in Karnataka. Do i need to fill KCET forms.

Kenma Kozume 23rd Jan, 2025

hi ,

Private colleges in Karnataka usually have their own admission criteria, and do not necessarily require a Karnataka domicile for admission. hence you can apply for private colleges in Karnataka .

about the KCET - students from other different states can't apply for KCET . the only criteria is that only Karnataka resident students can apply for KCET .

for taking admission  in other private college , other colleges have their own criteria for admission which differ from college to college .

hope this helps .
