You are eligible for both Tamilnadu and Delhi State Counsellings too. You are eligible for Tamilnadu State Counselling as you have its domicile. And for Delhi as you have their Institutional Quota, you are eligible for Delhi State Counselling. And for All India Counselling, DGHS will conduct All India Registration on behalf of the NMC. Once the NEET results and cut offs have been announced, the DGHS will release the official notification and eligible Candidates can apply online by registering. You will have to pay 2 types of fees. One is non refundable registration fees and the other is refundable is security deposit. The official website will be released at the scheduled time. So keep an eye on the MCC website after NEET exam has been conducted.
