Hello .
for MSc mathematics a candidate can have admission in JNU if he/ she has passed his /her bachelor's degree ( BSc or BTech or equivalent) from any recognised university with at least 55% you got 49% in your bachelor that means you are not eligible for this if you will be eligble then again you cannot have admission directly you will have to appear for the JNU entrance exam for MSc .

As per the eligibility criteria for admission to Jawaharlal Nehru University for M.Sc Mathematics, candidates must have passed bachelor's degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks in aggregate. As you got 49% in your undergraduate degree, thus it makes you ineligible for the admission process.
