No you cannot give Neet exam as you have not studied biology in 11 and 12 class
Eligibility criteria for neet is as per follow:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022
There are no restrictions on the maximum NEET attempt limit 2022

Hello. To give NEET exam, the candidate must have passed 12th with the compulsory subjects physics, chemistry and biology, with 50% for general category, and 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PH.
If you have PCM along with biology, you are eligible for giving the NEET exam. However, with only PCM, you are not eligible to give the exam as biology is a compulsory subject. You are certainly eligible to give the JEE exam.
